Japan is a mess. Let this remind us of how vulnerable we are with all our gadgets. I hope it will make somebody think deeply about "clean" nuclear power.I pray for the Japanese people who are suffering so much loss and distress.
Last night I painted this picture of Hokkaido, the dream island that I was close to visit, but shall never see, I think.
As a child I traveled the world via our two by four feet atlas from the eighteen nineties, and I still have a passion for maps - and for looking at earth from a jet!
