Peter came by today and gave me a letter of reference praising me as a model tenant. I guess I'll need that. It's ironic that I have no credit rating because I pay my bills straight up and never borrow money. In order to have credit rating you have to be in debt and pay it off. What a system!

I pay by everything by credit card and then settle the entire balance down to zero each month. I never buy anything if I can't cover it's cost at the end of the billing cycle. If it's a big ticket item, I save up before purchasing it. That way I have no debt, pay no interest, but have a good credit record under me.
You're obviously just as financially responsible, but it's ridiculous that the system doesn't recognize it.
